Am I buying one stone or a set?
This product includes one round LED liquid stepping stone. It is a simple starting point for exploring one piece, or an addition to a trail you already have.
What happens when it is pressed or stepped on?
Pressure moves the coloured liquid sealed beneath the surface, changing the pattern inside. Built-in LEDs illuminate the colours for your child to notice as they press, step and look.
How is it different from the square stone?
Both combine LED illumination with moving coloured liquid. The round stone has a circular outline; choose the shape you prefer for your arrangement, or mix both for a route with different shapes.
Can it be used with the trail sets?
Yes. It can sit alongside the square stones and solid balance beams to extend a Lucy sensory trail. Arrange the pieces to suit your space and supervise children as they explore.
How much floor space does one stone take?
The base is approximately 30 cm across, the top approximately 26.5 cm across and the height approximately 5 cm. Allow clear space around it as well as room for an adult to supervise.
What should I check before using it?
Place it on a level, stable surface and inspect it before each play session. Supervise use, never cut or puncture the liquid-filled centre and stop using it if the casing or surface is damaged.
